Simple, fair, and 30 days long.
30-day return window
You can return most items purchased on MAPLE within 30 days of delivery. The clock starts the day your order is marked "Delivered" by the courier. Requests raised after 30 days are handled case-by-case and may be declined.
Eligible items
Items are eligible for return when they are unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, free gifts, and retail packaging intact. Activation of a device does not automatically make it ineligible โ but missing packaging, damage to the seal, or missing inbox contents may reduce the refund value.
Ineligible items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or manufacturer-policy reasons: in-ear headphones and earbuds where the seal has been broken, pre-installed or activated software licences, customised or personalised products, screen protectors once peeled, and items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
How to start a return
Sign in, open Account โ Order History, select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason. A reverse-pickup will be scheduled for your address within 24โ72 hours. If self-ship is preferred for a remote pincode, we'll cover the shipping cost up to โน200 on approval.
Refund timelines
Once we receive the item at our warehouse and it clears quality check (typically 48 hours), refunds are issued within 5โ7 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method โ card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer after we collect your account details through a secure form.
Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement (e.g., wrong colour or size), choose "Exchange" in the return flow. We'll ship the new unit as soon as the original is picked up and clears inspection. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the variant you want is sold out, we'll convert the request to a refund automatically.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the listing, tell us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product. We'll arrange a priority replacement or full refund โ including any return shipping โ at no cost to you.
