Company: SynapseEngine OÜ (the "Company", "we", "us"), the legal entity operating the MAPLE brand and all related Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MAPLE website, mobile interfaces, or any services we provide (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, please do not use the Services. SynapseEngine OÜ may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to register an account and place orders. By using MAPLE you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@maple.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to engage in fraud, resale, or abusive behaviour.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are offers to buy, accepted by MAPLE only upon dispatch. We strive for accuracy in listings, but typographical errors in price or availability may occasionally occur; in such cases we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping

We deliver to eligible pincodes across India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may be affected by weather, local restrictions, or courier capacity. Risk passes to you upon delivery; please inspect parcels before signing where possible.

6. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all accessories and packaging. Certain categories — opened software, hygiene-sensitive earbuds, and customised items — are excluded. Refer to our Refund & Returns policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and software on MAPLE are owned by or licensed to SynapseEngine OÜ and protected under Estonian, Indian, and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Services without the prior written consent of SynapseEngine OÜ.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapseEngine OÜ's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Where permitted, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating litigation.
